Conditions of stay

  • Check-in time is 2:00 PM onwards.
  • Check out before 12:00 noon.
  • Pay a key deposit of 300 baht (pay in cash) before arrival. The customer will receive a full refund of the key deposit. After check out and return the key to the accommodation
  • Children under 8 years old can stay with one parent free of charge. If exceeding the limit, an extra fee (extra bed) will be charged.

Cancellation/Change Policy

  • In the case of paying a deposit Cancellation of reservation is not allowed. But the arrival date can be postponed 1 time and must be notified at least 14 days in advance (must have a clear schedule). There will be no refunds in any case.
  • In the case of full payment of the service fee, notification must be made at least 14 days in advance of the arrival date. We will refund 70% of the payment amount.
  • It is not allowed to postpone the arrival date or cancel in any case for customers staying between 25 Dec. 2021 - 5 Jan.  If canceled, there will be no refund.

Reservations and occupancy policies

  • Do not bring in outsiders to stay without permission. If violated, the homestay reserves the right not to refund any money. and cancel your stay immediately
  • Smoking is prohibited in the rooms. and in the guest room area, violations will result in a fine of 2,000 baht. You may smoke in the area that we have prepared for you.
  • Do not gamble. Prohibition on prostitution Do not take drugs And it is forbidden to bring illegal things, including weapons of any kind, into the homestay.
  • Do not quarrel or cause annoyance to other customers. The homestay will invite you to leave immediately.
  • Pets of any kind are not allowed. If found, we will refuse to stay and will not refund any money.
  • Cooking and drinking are not allowed in the room (except for places provided by the homestay). Ironing on the mattress is prohibited.
  • Do not move cabinets, beds, or belongings. or use items used in the room outside before being allowed
  • Do not dirty or contaminate the room or bedding if it cannot be easily cleaned. Please charge a special cleaning fee of 1,000 baht.
  • Please refrain from using loud noises from 9:00 p.m. according to community regulations. If there are 2 notifications from officials and the customer still does not comply We reserve the right to stay and invite customers to leave the accommodation without any conditions whatsoever.
  • Customers can buy their own fresh produce. But you must rent a grill from the accommodation.
  • Outside beer is not allowed to be consumed in the accommodation area. If taken into account, the opening fee is 20 baht per bottle or can. And if the customer does not agree to pay for the service, the customer must keep the beer and must not take it out to drink. If found to be in violation, a fine of 50 baht per bottle or can will be charged.
  • For liquor or other things Can be imported normally
  • If homestay property is damaged/lost after your stay The customer must pay damages equal to the full price of the property.
  • Please check the customer's belongings before leaving the house. We are not responsible for your property. Regardless of any circumstances
